After the initial year of residency in Spain, this visa is subsequently renewable every 2×2 years, making a total of 5 years stay. Later, anybody who wants to have a permanent stay can apply for a permit to become Spain’s permanent residence. Besides, Spain’s non lucrative residence visa allows you to bring your family members so long as you can have enough money to sustain them.

3-This residency also allows you to freely visit any of the Schengen States for short periods of less than 90 days without acquiring another visa. The Schengen nations encompass 26 member states, including Germany , Netherland , Belgium, France , Denmark and ....

4-This residency is also a good option for people who intend to live in Spain with passive income. This income can be from pensions, rents or ividends

Application Processing Duration

The documents are analyzed by the Spanish government delegation within the first month of application. If the review takes more than 3 months, the application is rejected on the grounds of ‘administrative silence.

But if your application is approved within the specified time frame, you will receive your visa on your passport and you must travel to Spain and complete the rest of the process in Spain.
