This type of residence is possible through four : 

Secondary or language schools, University bachelors, master’s and doctoral degrees. Studying at these levels takes place in two types of public and private . In general, people who want to study at public universities should study Spanish. The length of your residency depends on the type of degree and diploma. 

The Spanish residence permit through education allows you to work part-time or temporary 10 to 20 hours a week. The company that hires you will get your work permit from the State Department. Your employment contract cannot exceed the duration of your visa. After graduation your stay will expire and you should leave the country if you do not have a good job offer to convince the Immigration Department to convert your student residency to a work residency .
